Join us this summer for a unique culinary experience during a special residency by chef Khouloude, whom we’re delighted to welcome into our kitchen.
Each evening, from Thursday to Monday, she will present a refined four-course menu for an intimate table of 20 guests, priced at €60 per person.

CHEF KHOULOUDE
French-Tunisian chef based in Marseille, Khouloude embodies a cuisine in motion, shaped by travel, encounters, and the memory of taste.
Though she learned the fundamentals in the renowned kitchens of the capital, it was outside the traditional framework that she forged her true culinary identity.
From the raw energy of a street market in Sicily, the warmth of embers in a Mexican village, to the subtlety of a broth in Asia, she has woven a gustatory language of her own: vibrant, committed, and always in tune with the world.
After formative experiences in New York and Mexico, she returned to France—between Paris and Marseille—arms full of spices and ideas, with a clear intention: to cook stories. Her approach stands out for its sincerity and freedom. She doesn’t aim to replicate, but to transmit. Not to impress, but to move.
This unique perspective on cuisine earned her the title of Best Chef of the Future by Time Out Paris, a recognition that celebrates her bold, modern, and deeply personal culinary vision.
At Khouloude’s table, every dish is a gesture, a trace left by a memory or an inner journey. She cooks as one tells a story: blending cultures, intuitions, and inheritances. An auteur cuisine—rooted yet never rigid, generous yet never showy.
